| 英文描述 | Luxation of the scapulohumeral joint can occur in any animal following trauma, and congenital cases have been reported in dogs, usually in small breeds. Dx by palpation and radiography. A syndrome of florelimb lameness due to instability of the shoulder joint was diagnosed in dogs and cats; signs of instability are recognized under anesthesia using a craniocaudal or mediocaudal drawer sign. Shoulder instability might be a common cause of lameness in the dog. |
