| 英文描述 | In all species malformation may cause signs at birth but more frequently results in progressive paresis and ataxia in young animals. In some cases there can be herniation of meninges and spinal cord through a defect in the vertebral canal (meningomyelocele, meningomyeloencephalocele). A syndrome of hereditary meningoencephalocele has been described in Burmese cats. |
