| 英文描述 | Cysts of the spinal cord are rare. Onset of signs may be sudden. Synovial and epidermoid cysts have been reported. Arachnoid cysts and acquired syringomyelia have been described in dogs. Subarachnoid cysts have been described in cats and dogs. Cysts in horses usually cervical, but a cystic condition of the dura mater was reported to extend through the thoracic region. Dx may be suggested by myelography but resembles neoplasia. Dx confirmed at surgery or necropsy. |
