| 英文描述 | Ceroid lipofuscinoses are characterized by retinal and brain atrophy and the accumulation of a fluorescent lipopigment in neurons and a wide variety of other cells. This disease has been reported in Devon and Beefmaster cattle. Affected animals are blind as early as 13 months of age, and may become weak. Dx confirmed at necropsy. |
