| 中文描述 | 體染色體隱性在菲仕蘭牛.由於單涎酸神經節苷脂的累積在神經元中由於缺乏Beta-半乳糖苷酶.病狀通常可見於三個月齡後的牛,有時更早.越發嚴重的.藉由神經細胞內脂的組織學上辨識來診斷,並且減少Beta-半乳糖苷酶的活性.動物通常會被在症狀開始三個月後毀滅. |

| 英文描述 | Autosomal recessive in Fresian cattle. Due to accumulation of GM1 ganglioside in neurons due to deficiency of b-galactosidase. Signs usually seen after 3 months of age, sometimes earlier. Progressive. Dx by ID of intraneuronal lipid on histology, and reduced activity of b-galactosidase. Animals usually have to be destroyed 3 months after onset of signs. |
