| 英文描述 | Skin lesions due to a reaction to a vaccine, antibiotic or other drug are seen folowing treatment with a variety of agents. A wide range of types of lesions can be seen. These reactions can be toxic or immunologic. This diagnosis should be especially considered when faced with bizarre or refractory skin disease. Dx by history and response to removal of drug. Eruption may occur whether the drug has been given for a few days or for years, and can occur a few days after the drug is stopped. In fixed drug eruption, there is reappearance of the lesion at the same site each time the animal is challenged with the offending drug. |
