| 英文描述 | Calves, male and female, sired by a phenotypically normal Limousin bull, had a syndrome resembling Marfan's syndrome in humans. Affected calves had long, thin lumbs, severe joint and tendon laxity, microspherophakia, ectopia lentis, heart murmurs and aortic dilation. Can die due to cardiac tamponade secondary to arterial rupture. Inherited as an autosomal dominant. |
