| 英文描述 | Congenital hypomyelinogenesis is a syndrome of Polled Hereford and Hereford calves. Clinical signs are seen at birth, and the most consistent signs are recumbency, tremor, and nystagmus. There is pallor of the cerebellum at necropsy, and histology shows hypomyelinogenesis and status spongiosus. The cause, possible inheritance, and biochemical lesions are unknown. |
