| 英文描述 | There are rare reports of diarrhea in calves which are fed soy based milk replacers. There is diarrhea unassociated with intestinal pathogens. The diagnosis is made by response to a change in diet. The diarrhea starts within hours of feeding the soy and resolves rapidly. An intradermal skin test with soy protein antigen causes a reaction, but there is the risk of anaphylaxis. Some affected calves may have hyperemia of the nose and conjunctiva. |
