| 英文描述 | Signs are usually first noted at 1-2 years of age. Signs may wax and wane throughout life. Channel Island breeds more commonly affected. Small closely packed polyploid nodules may be found in the anterior nasal mucosa, but in some cases these may not be visible in the living animal. May be due to chronic exposure to a sensitizing agent. Lesion may be pruritic, and the animals can get a nasal foreign body secondary to rubbing the nose. Worse in summer. This may be a familial condition in some cases. |
