| 英文描述 | Zinc phosphide and aluminum phosphide are a rodenticides which releases phosphine gas when in contact with acid stomach contents. Signs can develop 15-60 minutes after ingestion and death usually occurs between 6 and 24 hours later. Dx by history, analysis of stomach contents, liver and kidney for zinc phosphide or elevated zinc levels in blood, liver or kidney. |
