| 英文描述 | A cardiomyopathy has been described in Hereford calves. Affected calves have a normal growth rate, short curly coat, and rather protuberant eyes. Death occurs a few minutes to a few hours after the onset of signs, and affected calves die between birth and 6 months of age. At necropsy there are lesions resembling cardiac white muscle disease. May be due to a single autosomal recessive gene. |
