| 英文描述 | English cocker spaniels with confirmed vitamin E deficiency were found to have retinal pigment epithelial dystrophy and neurologic disease. The neurologic signs were associated with neuroaxonal dystrophy. There might be an autosomal recessive mode of inheritance for this condition in cocker spaniels. Dx by signs and measurement of plasma concentrations of vitamin E. |
