| 英文描述 | A Cocker Spaniel puppy developed progressive neurologic disease characterized by ataxia, head tremor, and seizures. At necropsy there was hypoplasia of the cerebellum and large pale inclusions in the perikaryon of neurons in the neocortex and in macrophages. It was concluded that the inclusions probably consisted of polymerized protein, and that this might be a genetic disease. |
