| 英文描述 | Great Danes developed progressive exercise intolerance and muscle wasting beginning at 6 months of age. Clinical signs can be precipitated by exercise and excitement, and might improve within a few minutes (Braund). At necropsy there were well-defined central core structures within most muscle fibers; a diagnosis of central core myopathy was made. |
