| 英文描述 | Dalmatian dogs developed signs of respiratory disease beginning at 4-10 months of age and progressing to death in 1-6 weeks. The dogs shared a common ancestor. Initial signs of tachypnea and noisy respiration progressed to severe respiratory distress. On radiographs there was a mixed pattern of alveolar, interstitial, and peribronchial densities throughout the lungs. There was no response to treatment. At necropsy the histologic findings were typical of acute lung injury. The cause is unknown (Jarvinen et al.). |
