| 英文描述 | Hypospadias is a congenital malformation of the external male genitalia in which the urethral opening terminates ventrally and posterior to the normal urethral opening. May be glandular penile, scrotal, perineal, or anal depending on location. Perineal hypospadias may be confused with pseudhermaphroditism. Dx by physical exam. |
