| 英文描述 | In many cases of incontinence in dogs no obvious cause is found and a diagnosis of physiological incontinence is made. Dribbling and involuntary voiding of urine, especially at night, is the most common presenting sign. Dx by exclusion of other causes. Syndrome occurs in both males and females, but is most common in middle-aged, neutered, medium-large-breed females. This syndrome has been described in mares. |
