| 英文描述 | Young dogs (6 months to 3.5 years of age) of various breeds were described which had congenital dilation of the intra- and extrahepatic bile ducts, multiple, variable-sized liver cysts, and diffuse cystic and fibrotic kidney disease. There was extreme diffuse dilation of the extrahepatic parts of the bile ducts, often with calcification of the wall. Affected dogs had increased plasma alkaline phosphatase activity and fasting bile acids. |
