| 英文描述 | Degeneration of the Purkinje cells of the cerebellum has been reported in litters of Samoyeds and beagles, with signs seen at the onset of ambulation. Hereditary cause is suspected. Histology shows loss of Purkinje cell neurons and granule cell neurons. Dx by history, breed and histopathology. |
