| 英文描述 | A glycogenosis associated with a deficiency of the enzyme amylo-1,6-glucosidase has been reported in German Shepherd and Akita dogs. On histology there was glycogen-like material in the liver, muscle, and nervous tissue. Signs were seen as early as 2 months of age. |
