| 英文描述 | Irish setter pups can be affected at birth with quadriplegia and amblyopia. They cry excessively and fail to thrive, and are unable to stand, moving with a swimming motion. There is inadequate vision despite normal pupillary constriction. There may also be head tremors and seizures. There are histopathologic changes of the cerebellum (Sakai et al.). |
