| 英文描述 | A gradually progressive polyneuropathy has been reported in Rottweiler dogs. Signs start at 1-4 years of age, and are characterized by paraparesis that progresses to tetraparesis, spinal hyporeflexia and hypotonia, and appendicular muscle atrophy. Signs might appear acutely; the disease tends to be gradually progressive and with relapses in some instances. No sensory deficits were detected. Cranial nerve function is normal. Histologic examination of biopsy samples from periperal nerves shows marked axonal necrosis and nerve fiber loss. |
