| 英文描述 | A hyperkeratotic condition affecting the nasal planum has been described in Laborador Retrievers and their crosses. The cause and pathogenesis are unknown, but it appears to be inherited as an autosomal recessive. Clinical signs were first seen at 6-12 months of age and there is neither a sex nor coat color predilection. There was typically a greyish or brownish adherent accumulation of dry and rough keratin on the dorsal aspect of the nasal planum. In some cases there was depigmentation of the remaining nasal planum. On histology there was parakeratotic hyperkeratosis. |
