| 英文描述 | Lissencephaly is characterized by a smooth brain, without the normal cerebrocortical folding. Most common in the Lhasa Apso breed. Affected animals are slow learners, and have other neurologic signs. Seizures may start at 10-12 months of age. Dx at necropsy. |
