| 英文描述 | Polymicrogyria is the presence of multiple small gyri in the cerebral cortex. Related Standard Poodle puppies had polymicrogyria and asymmetric dilation of the lateral ventricles. Cortical blindness was a consistent finding, other signs were seen in some dogs. Dilation of the lateral ventricles was demonstrated on computerized tomography. Appears to be inherited as an autosomal recessive trait. There is no treatment. |
