| 英文描述 | Congenital absence of teeth has been reported in the cat. The condition in man has hereditary tendencies, but this has not been determined in the cat. Oligodontia (reduced number of teeth) is common in the dog. If tooth buds are completely absent, adjacent teeth may be enlarged. Radiology should be used to differentiate from impacted teeth. Rare in horses. |
