| 中文描述 | 通常發生在二尖瓣閉鎖不全,但是可能發生分離的疾病.先天性的閉鎖不全曾在狗身上發生過,但是很少出現.可能跟心臟畸形有關.後天的閉鎖不全可能是因為心絲蟲,心內膜炎,腱索斷裂,或是乳頭肌緊接著的外傷,和充血的心肌症.慢性瓣膜的纖維化或是心內膜炎最常發生在臘腸狗以及可卡身上.此病發生在貓身上大多與擴張或是充血的心肌症有關.診斷藉由右心的雜音,血管造影法,心電圖,和刪去其他可能的病.當雜音擴散至左心時診斷會變的很困難.伴隨其他疾病的發生是很常出現的. |

| 英文描述 | Often occurs with mitral valve insufficiency, but may occur as a separate disease. Congenital insufficiency is reported in the dog but is rare. May be associated with cardiac malformations. Acquired insufficiency may be due to heartworms, endocarditis, ruptured chordae tendinae or papillary muscles following trauma, and congestive cardiomyopathy. Chronic valvular fibrosis or endocardiosis is most common in the Dachshund and Cocker Spaniel. The disease in cats is usually associated with the dilatation of congestive cardiomyopathy. Dx by signs, right sided murmur, rule-out of other causes, ECG, angiography. Dx is difficult if murmur radiates to the left side. Concurrent disease is common. |
