| 中文描述 | 乳糜狀腹水是很少出現的,起因於乳糜外滲到腹膜腔之內.可能是因為外傷導致淋巴管的破裂或是外在因素或內在因素造成的淋巴管阻塞.在貓來說,最常發生的原因是因為腹部內部的腫瘤.診斷藉由細胞學上的分析,或是去測量三酸甘油脂在腹膜液當中的含量.治療管理應該端看造成的原因來決定.因外傷導致的乳糜狀腹水,藉由支持療法其破裂的淋巴管可以復原. |

| 英文描述 | Chylous ascites or cyloperitoneum is rare, and results from extravasation of chyle into the peritoneal cavity. Can be due to traumatic rupture of lymphatic vessels or extrinsic or intrinsic lymphatic obstruction. In cats the most frequent cause was intra-abdominal neoplasia. Dx by cytologic analysis and documentation of a high triglyceride content in the peritoneal fluid. Manage by diagnosing and treating the underlying cause. If the cause is truama, the ruptured lymphatic vessel could heal with supportive treatment. |
