| 英文描述 | Intra-abdominal abscesses are uncommon. Presenting signs may be of a non-specific insidious onset or an acute abdomen. Might follow a history of trauma, disease, surgery or medical procedures. Classed as intraperitoneal, retroperitoneal, or visceral. Can cause intestinal obstruction. Dx based on history, signs, aspiration, CBC, ultrasonography and radiology. |
