| 英文描述 | Coloboma of the eyelid is the congenital absence of all or a part of the layers that make up the eyelid. This appears as a notch in the lid, and the upper lid in cats and the lid margin in foals are more commonly affected. Can be bilateral. May be seen in association with other congenital ocular lesions. If lids fail to close, exposure keratitis may develop. Dx by signs. |
