| 英文描述 | Atrial septal defect occurs most commonly in association with other cardiac anomalies, but may rarely be a solitary lesion. Four types of atrial septal defects are recognized: ostium secundum; sinus venosus; coronary sinus; and atrioventricular septal defects. Dx is by angiocardiography, echocardiography, or at necropsy. |
