| 英文描述 | Following the castration of horses the spermatic cord may develop a chronic firm enlargement due to STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS. There are small pockets of pus in the mass from which the organism can be cultured. Wounds in other parts of the body are also reported to lead to nodular skin disease in horses and small animals, with ulceration and possible fistula development due to S. AUREUS but this is rare. |
