| 中文描述 | 諾卡爾氏菌屬（土壤絲菌屬）NOCARDIA是一種好氧葛蘭氏陽性菌，部分抗酸，有分支鞭毛的微生物。會引起狗貓馬的疾病，但較少見。常造成肺皮膚肉芽腫性及化膿性的損害，皮膚的損害為會滲出紅棕色液體的潰瘍。還可能侵犯到神經系統及骨骼。在馬常發生在免疫抑制的個體。可由抹片及活組織切片和細菌好氧培養診斷出。 |
| 英文描述 | NOCARDIA is an aerobic, gram-positive, partially acid-fast, branching filamentous organism. NOCARDIA SP.is a rare cause of disease in the dog, cat, and horse. May present as granulomatous or supporative lesions of the skin, lungs or both. Skin lesions present as non-healing ulcers exuding a typical red-brown fluid. Other involvement may include CNS, and bone. In horses usually seen in immunosuppressed animals. Dx by direct smear, aerobic culture, and biopsy. |
