| 英文描述 | Tumors of sebaceous glands are common in the dog but rare in cats and horses. Histologically may be classified as nodular sebaceous hyperplasia (most common type), sebaceous adenoma, sebaceous epithelioma, or sebaceous adenocarcinoma. Single or multiple, and occur at any site but are more common on the head. Usually benign, very rarely metastasize. Dx by histopathology. Average age of onset is 9-10 years in dogs, and they generally occur in adult to aged horses. |
