| 英文描述 | Pulmonic stenosis includes all forms of obstruction of flow from the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery. The stenosis may occur as a valvular, supravalvular, subvalvular, or infundibular lesion. Cyanosis occurs in the most severe cases, terminal stages, or when there is a patent foramen ovale or atrial septal defect allowing right-to-left shunting of blood. Hydrothorax and ascites can occur. Pulmonic stenosis without accompanying cardiac anomalies is rare in horses. |
