| 英文描述 | Frostbite affects areas of the body that have a sparse hair coat or poor peripheral circulation. This includes the ears, tip of the tail, and scrotum of dogs. Lesions initially are areas pale and cool to the touch. These then become erythematous and scaley, and may become necrotic and slough. Diagnosis depends on localization of the lesions and history. Frostbite can also occur in birds. |
