| 英文描述 | Brachycephalic and obese dogs are predisposed to laryngeal and pharyngeal edema due to panting as a result of excitement or overheating. A cat developed dyspnea due to laryngeal edema; the cat later developed signs of herpes virus infection, but signs other than laryngeal edema were not apparent early in the disease. Dx is based on history, oral and endoscopic exam. |
