| 英文描述 | Commonly called 'trench mouth', this is a syndrome of multiple etiologies that often involves acquired immunosuppressive conditions (stress, FeLV, etc.). Ulcers may occur anywhere, but tend to be on the labial, gingival, and dental surfaces, and may have a pseudomembranous exudate. It is important to try to identify an underlying cause. Dx is by signs, rule-out of other causes. |
