| 英文描述 | Polyarteritis nodosa is a multisystemic disease characterized by necrotizing arteritis of large and medium sized arterioles and venules. Dx by biopsy. The cause is unknown. Histologic lesions are widespread at necropsy. Poorly responsive to immunosupressive therapy (Gorman and Werner). |
