| 英文描述 | Perineal hernia is a disease of primarily the older male dog. It is described as the failure of supporting structures of the pelvic outlet to contain the pelvic organs. The hernia may contain fat, bladder, prostate, colon, or intestine. Has been reported in the cat but is uncommon. If the bladder and urethra are trapped clinical signs associated with uremia can develop. |
