| 英文描述 | The 4 features of tetralogy of Fallot are: right ventricular outflow tract obstruction; ventricular septal defect; dextropositioned and overriding aorta; and right ventricular hypertropy. It is the most common cause of congenital cyanotic heart disease of the dog, but cyanosis not always present. Dx is by history, signs, radiology, angiocardiography, and ECG findings. It is less common in the cat but has been reported. |
