| 英文描述 | Lymphangioma and lymphangiosarcomas are rare neoplasms arising from the endothelial cells of lymphatic vessels. Lymphangiectasis is a dilation of lymphatic vessels which has been reported as an acquired lesion in a dog; generalized lymphangiectasis was associated with subcutaneous chyle and lymphangioma in a dog. Neoplasia of lymphatic vessels may occur in young or old animals, with no breed or sex predilections. Usually present as large fluctuant masses in the axillary or inguinal areas. Clinical signs are usually due to drainage of a lymph node through the skin or a cystic mass compressing or obstructing an organ. Can be associated with edema of a limb. |
