| 英文描述 | Sterile eosinophilic folliculitis is a rare dermatosis characterized by the accumulation of predominantly eosinophils within pustules, follicles, and surrounding superficial blood vessels. Hemogram may show eosinophilia. In cats this may be a rare manifestation of allergic skin disease (Scott et al.). Dx by direct smears of intact pustules, culture, biopsy, and rule-out of other causes. Glucocorticoids may provide effective treatment. |
