| 中文描述 | 這是一種和冷凝血球的自身抗體有關的自體免疫血溶性貧血。自身抗體在較冷的溫度下最具有活性，但卻擁有廣的溫度活性忍受範圍。症狀有很多種但都和貧血或是微血管內紅血球凝集有關，也可能和兩者都有關係。診斷上利用檢測血液中冷凝集素的滴定量，血液的切片可於溫度較低時發生血液凝集，但可利用加熱使其恢復正常。皮膚的創傷常涵蓋了四肢，並於天氣冷時惡化。四肢頂端發粓可明顯見到。 |

| 英文描述 | This is a type of autoimmune hemolytic anemia associated with cold-reacting erythrocyte autoantibodies. The autoantibody is most active at colder temperatures but has a wide thermal range of activity. Signs are variable but relate to anemia or intracapillary hemaglutination or both. Dx is based on demonstration of significant titers of cold agglutinins; there can also be agglutination on slides of blood when cooled and resuspension of the erythrocytes on rewarming. Skin lesions often involve the extremities and are exacerbated by cold weather. Acrocyanosis is prominent. |
