| 英文描述 | Spontaneous duodenal ulcers in the dog and cat are rare, but have been reported. Gastroduodenal ulceration may occur in association with mast cell tumor and mastocytosis, ulcerogenic drugs, and canine Zollinger-Ellison syndrome with gastric hypersecretion. Blood loss anemia and perforation are potential complications. Severe anemia can cause syncope and heart murmurs. Perforation may lead to free air in the peritoneal cavity on radiography. |
