| 英文描述 | Discoid lupus erythematosus is a form of lupus erythematosus confined to the skin. In dogs it affects the planum nasale, dorsal nose, and occasionally the lips, cheeks and ears. In cats the lesions may be diffuse or be limited to the ears or nose. On histology there is hydropic degeneration of the basal cells of the epidermis and immunofluorescence shows a band along the basement membrane zone. |
