| 中文描述 | 水泡性天皰瘡是一種在皮膚和口腔少見的自體免疫水泡狀潰瘍疾病。特色是以組織學來說皮下有小水泡的形成，80%的狗會有口腔的損傷。臨床上和尋常性天皰瘡非常相似。痛、搔癢和發燒可能使疾病多樣化。壓力使水疱擴張的現象通常看不到。繼發的皮膚出膿很常見。診斷可利用病史、免疫螢光反應測試、皮膚組織切片和直接抹片檢查。 |
| 英文描述 | Bullous pemphigoid is a rare autoimmune vesiculobullous ulcerative disorder of skin and/or oral mucosa. It is characterized histologically by subepidermal vesicle formation; 80% of dogs have oral lesions. Clinically very similar to pemphigus vulgaris. Pruritus, pain and fever vary. Nikolsky sign usually absent. Secondary pyoderma common. Dx by history, immunoflourescence testing, skin biopsy, and direct smears. |
