| 英文描述 | Dogs dosed with 175 mg/kg of chloramphenicol daily developed signs of reduced appetite and weight loss, while more severe gastrointestinal signs were seen in cats given 60 mg/kg daily. Bone marrow supression occurred, but bone marrow aplasia as seen in man has not been documented in dogs and cats. Dx by history of drug administration at high doses. |
