| 英文描述 | Toxic hepatopathy is the name for a condition in which there is hepatocytic necrosis without much inflammation on liver biopsy. May be due to a toxic agent, but no toxic agent can be identified in some cases. Total bilirubin and ALT levels are usually elevated. Signs range from acute fulminant hepatic necrosis and death to chronic subclinical disease. Dx by liver biopsy. Treat by supportive and dietary therapy. Prognosis depends the severity of the lesions. |
